Openings for Case Managers.This position requires a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited program in social work or related discipline. - Must have 1-year experience with adolescents, including family and group work or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must be capable of relating to residents, other staff and external professionals in a manner to disseminate information in a clear and understandable format.
